Record all calls* (group and 1-to-1 calls) so you have an audit trail in case of safeguarding concerns. Set up calls so students can’t rejoin the call once it’s ended, and students and Teachers can only join if the teacher has invited them.

Decision

Below are the inputs to help you decide the correct solution for your educational organization:

  1. Google’s Solution is itself a trailer made for general use while with Microsoft, you need to customize many things to use as per your requirements.
  2. Research and Inputs from users shows Google’s Classroom are more effectively working on low bandwidth and best optimized for Mobile use. While Microsoft Teams, best works on Desktop (*based on Windows10) as it provides desktop-based applications too.
